Verified context

UNESCO describes the Chang'an–Tianshan Corridor as a roughly 5,000-kilometer section of the Silk Roads stretching from Chang'an and Luoyang to Central Asia's Zhetysu region and facilitating exchanges in trade, religion, knowledge, technology, and the arts.

Cultural boundary

The Silk Roads were not one unchanging road from a single start to a single finish. This lesson uses Chang'an, the Hexi Corridor, and westward movement for route language, not as a complete account of every route, period, or community.

Evidence-aware practice

Retell a simplified route with three place names, two direction words, and two of pass through, connect, and exchange, then label it explicitly as a learning schematic.
